📝 Refund & Cancellation Policy

AlgoSaaS-AI is committed to providing a transparent and customer-friendly experience. This policy outlines the terms for cancellation and refunds for our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products.

1. Free Trial Period (14 Days)

  • No Obligation: We offer a 14-day free trial of AlgoSaaS-AI, which requires no credit card to start.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your use of the platform at any time during the 14-day trial period without any obligation. Your access will simply end upon cancellation or at the conclusion of the trial.

  • Billing Start: Your subscription only begins, and your chosen payment method is only charged, after the 14-day free trial has expired and you have actively selected a paid plan.

2. Cancellation of Paid Subscriptions

  • Monthly Plans: All paid subscriptions (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) are billed on a month-to-month basis.

  • How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings within the AlgoSaaS-AI platform or by contacting our support team via email at [email protected]

  • Effective Date: When you cancel, your subscription will remain active and usable until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the following month.

  • No Pro-rata Refund: We do not offer pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of a monthly subscription. Cancellation simply ensures you will not be billed again.

3. Refund Policy (Applicable to Paid Subscriptions)

As our service is a digital subscription product that provides instant access to our platform and its features, our general policy is No Refunds.

However, we offer an exception for Billing Errors only:

  • Refunds are only issued in the event of a documented billing error on our part. This includes:

    • Duplicate charges for the same subscription period.

    • An incorrect amount being charged due to a system error.

    • Charges processed after a timely and confirmed cancellation request was submitted before the renewal date.

  • Refund Request Window: To be eligible for a refund due to a billing error, you must notify AlgoSaaS-AI within [7] days of the date of the incorrect charge.

3. Refund Policy (Applicable to Paid Subscriptions)

As our service is a digital subscription product that provides instant access to our platform and its features, our general policy is No Refunds.

However, we offer an exception for Billing Errors only:

  • Your Account Name/Email:

  • Invoice Number(s) for the erroneous charge(s):

  • Detailed Reason for the Refund Request:

Our team will review your request and process approved refunds within 7 to 10 business days. All refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.

5. Changes to Your Plan

  • Upgrades: Upgrading your plan will result in an immediate charge for the remainder of the current billing cycle, pro-rated against the higher plan cost.

  • Downgrades: Downgrades will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No immediate refund will be issued for the difference in price for the current cycle.
